The extension collects the following information:

• UUID Generated in the Extension’s Storage

A randomly generated UUID is stored to uniquely identify users when using the extension. This is the only information used to individually distinguish users.

2. Methods of Collecting Personal Information

• A UUID is generated when the extension is installed and an image is captured, and it is stored in the local storage of the user’s browser without requiring additional input from the user.
• Screen capture data and related information are collected only when the user explicitly requests it and are stored in the database connected to the extension.

3. Purpose of Using Personal Information

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• User identification and data management
• Service provision and improvement
• Data verification and recovery upon user request

4. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

• Retention Period:

The UUID and capture data are retained while the user is using the extension. If the user deletes the extension or requests data deletion, all related data will be immediately destroyed.

• Destruction Method:

Data is securely deleted from the database and local storage, ensuring it cannot be recovered.
